Would kind of be a bit disorienting since MGS4 isn't on the 360, but who knows. First let's wait for a confirmation that MGS5 is even being created.

That's what I'm confused about. Was that just a rumor or is it actual news. Can't find anything.

@ bphan 1- Elaborate means to make your OP much more substantial than just a simple question. 2- Nobody even knows if MGS5 is being made. All we actually know is that MGS: Peace Walker started life as MGS5, but then as the project evolved they ditched the "5".Desmonic

1. I could write an essay concerning how I conceptionally came up with the question, and how my thought process led up to that question. But why bother...its just a simple question. Like freud said sometimes a cigar is just a cigar. How much more elaboration does a questions like "Is MGS 5 coming to 360?" need?

Sequels have been kind of disorienting this gen.

• "Let's give PC gamers Fable I and....Fable III."
• "While we're at it, let's give the PC and Xbox gamers Metal Gear Solid 2, and...Rising."
• "Let's give the PS3 and 360 gamers a chance at playing Crysis 2. Hopefully, they won't realize there was a first game."

I'm not sure. I wonder if Sony would try to get MGS 5 exclusive if it was in developement or if Microsoft will get rights to it as well. Either that or it may end up on PC, PS3, and 360 as Metal Gear Solid Rising is. Don't quote me on this though. It is only speculation.

Hopefully not. Rising is going to be crippled by the 360 just like how FF13 was and its just going to be a little side story of Raiden. MGS5 is likely going to be a full blown MGS game with the cutscenes and everything. It'd probably take like 10 DVDs and Konami, likely to be wanting to save on costs will ask Kojima to cripple the game so it can fit on 1-2 DVDs to avoid royalty fees.

They should just make the actual MGS5 game that Kojima envisions on Blu-Ray for the PS3. In a few months, start an Xbox 360 team after MGS5s release and develop MGS5 for the Xbox 360 in episodes. Release 1 episode for $29.99. Just milk the hell out of 360 owners. It would probably work too. HAHAAHAHH.
