Is Microsoft planning to dissapear in 0'8??

Microsoft is letting go Bungie and Bizarre Creation just got aquired by Activision. Are they planning to anything in 0'8? or they think that 3rd party games is more enough to satisfy their fanbase? It looks like thay have nothing!! They are probaly tired of losing billions of dollars and decided to sneak out next year. I see them continue to lose money and not making any profits. Exclusive games can decided what system people should own..They know Sony going to have dozen of big hit games..why are they being quiet..No new games or even a reliable system out there..
