Is Microsoft scared of the PS3?

Looking at games like Gears 3, Forza 4, Skyrim, RAGE or The Witcher 2 running on 360, i dont think MS has any reason to be worried.

So, everytime someone says something bad about 360, they also have to say something bad about PS2 to appease you? Yeah, I don't think so. PS2 had a lot of disc problems, but Sony wasn't scared because they were dominating due to games. The 360 and PS3 are head-to-toe and RROD could've potentially been 360's downfall.

You must fight, what they are talking about is microsoft policy on release dates or exclusive content. To fight one of things microsoft is doing to keep sells up

is a: preventing as game com out on ps3/wii yet not come out on 360 then month later on 360. So microsoft hell no same day release or release on us first or less money for you(devs)

b: throw extra content on ps3/wii and not give it to us? for get you, are gamer want the content to or no sales for you devs.

I see nothing wrong with this i don't Microsoft is doing nothing bad on this point, It's just prevents sony/nintento buying off other devs to release a game on their system first, or allow devs to give special content to sony.Nintendo and not give it to xbox.

Well of course there's some fear. I'm confident Sony is feeling the same thing about MS. Microsoft has a good reason to be afraid of the PS3. Thanks to the Blu-Ray technology, the fact of the matter is that games can contain significantly more content and have the potential for amazing graphics. Not to say the 360 doesn't excel in other areas. On the other side of the coin, it's already stated that at its peak, Sony had virtually no competition with either the PS1 or PS2, so for MS to gain the massive foothold they have as a head to head competitor must be unnerving. Both consoles are fantastic and superior in their own ways, and because of that there will be fear. This is a good thing. It means that MS and Sony will both go the extra mile for the rest of this generation, and five miles extra in the next. Capitalism at work.

yup, There is nothing unfair in making money from business state of mind. Sony can also do the same thing Microsoft if they wanted to prevent that.

Can Sony bring the success they had with Ps2 and Ps1 days? Or will Microsoft just stomp that arse? Only time will tell. I can't wait!

They are only selling double these months, sell almost double the software and are only 12 million units ahead of PS3 in US, they are really scared right now
