i have heard plenty of things about ps3, but is it realy as good as i ehar it is, how about you guys decide, whats the best system?

Really? What awesome games are people playing on the Wii right now? Or for that matter, even in the future, after their 3 or so great games come out? Actually, what great games are out right now anyways?

Depends if your willing to wait for the games, personally i would have expected a larger game base by this time already but yeah sony dropped the ball off the bat and its cost them abit. Its a good console, you can't call it a great console cause quite honestly the game lineup atm that you can buy is pretty lackster at best (Resistance is an alright game but it gets boring).

If you own all consoles the whole wait thing isnt a big deal, i just keep mine in a carry case to stop it collecting dust from game to game but after beating folklore its back in the case cause theres no other reason to use it.

If your going to get one your best bet is to wait til christmas and get one so you can get some mega games with it, the other alternative is to get a wii or xbox 360 with games to cover you bases.

3 of the games you just mentioned you can play on PC. 1 of them you can play on the PS3. Seriously, we don't need your trolling. Even good, honest lemmings will agree that the PS3 is starting to look very impressive, it's the fanboys that are spreading the plague.

i have to admit that the hardware is quite good, but there aren't enough good games

and the price is rediculous

Coming from a guy with a Nintendo Avatar. Nintendo has been lackluster in the titles department as well.

For real, it all depends on who you are. There has been a lack of games for the PS3. There also haven't been that many demos or downloadables. So, as a straight gaming machine it needs a little more time. But the blu-ray player is nice and rentingblu-ray is very easy and affordable. Obviously, over time, both PS3 and blu-ray will increase their library (starting in a month or two) and more of the power will be used/seen.

That's right. The hardware has nothing to do with the game's playability, graphics, or sound. That'show the original SNES could hang with all of these systems today with no problems. They could release a system like that, with those graphics,with that playability, with that sound,and everyone would jump on it. Right.
