That doesn't "kill" the PSP. The PSP is still very much alive and selling, in Japan and in the US and there are some pretty good releases especially in Japan that will better the situation.
only children and weird poeple like the ds.( unless of course u bought it for pokemon). Maybe FF7 will do good on the psp. But that thing needs a price drop.ff7isnumbaone
then there are 35 million children and weird people loving and owning ds's and 15 million psp owners dying for games that'll never come out.
21 Million and we'rehappily playing Metal Gear Solid than you for your concern.and 15 million psp owners dying for games that'll never come out

oh 21 million i'm sorry that seems so much closer to 35 million! face it. you may like it but the PSP is getting smoked by Nintendo. a lesson can be learned from this and all past instances, Don't mess with Nintendo and handhelds. You'll always lose.

I dont think it has sold 21 mill but I may be wrong can someone give a link? If not then I heard it was still under 20 million. Either way DS is at a much higher number.
[QUOTE="pimperjones"]25 million 25 million is about right, but I think that number is only the number shipped not sold..... Nintendo counts in the number of units sold, meaning that the DS has sold about 36 million units worldwide (that was the last estimate I heard about a week ago on IGN).21 Million and we'rehappily playing Metal Gear Solid than you for your concern.and 15 million psp owners dying for games that'll never come outda1on2
In terms of worldwide sales, the DS is outselling it by about 10 million units.... so to answer your question the DS is definitely overshadowing the PSP. The PSP really doesn't have much to look forward to in reality, other than FFVII:CC (which PSP owners have been hyping since it was first announced around the time the PSP was first released). Meanwhile, the DS has DQIX, FFXII: Revenant Wings, The Legend of Zelda: Phantom Hourglass, Spectrobes, Pokemon Diamond and Pearl, Heroes of Mana, and more.REVOLUTIONfreakCall of Duty Road to Victory, Tom Clancy's Ghost Recon Advanced Warfighter 2, Coded Arms: Contagion, Elder Scrolls Travels: Oblivion, Tom Clancy's Rainbow Six Vegas, Tomb Raider: Anniversary, Gran Turismo 4 Mobile, Star Wars: The Force Unleashed, Fina Fantasy Crisis Core, Final Fantasy Tactics....you want me to keep listing cause I can keep going. All the above titles are AAA projects. Now who has better games. Oh I forgot the New Castlevania game exclusive for PSP. None of those games are coming to DS why because DS has crappy graphics.
