MGS4 isn't because Kojima doesn't want it to be on the 360.

Resistance 2 isn't because Sony owns the IP.

If Sony or Nintendo owns an IP it is guaranteed not to go to another system. Microsofts not so much since it can always go to the PC like alot of Microsoft's First Party games.

But Sony does have 2 first Party games that are coming to the PC aswell as the PS3 (But those are MMOs)
