Is Rock Band Single Player any fun...

I was going to ask for thius game for X-Mas, but was wondering about the Single Player Components of teh game. I know it is designed to be played with others, but is the Single Player any good? Because teh Majority of the time, I may not have any one else to play with when I want to play it. Is the Single Player great?

SP Player huh?

I love single player player modes.

Anyways, rock band is still worth it even if you don't have anyone to play with, but it's just a lot better with 3-4 people.
