Is Spider Man Web of Shadows worth $59.99?

Ok so I checked it out. In my opinion the answer is no. Gameplay still feels kind of iffy to me. Don't get me wrong. Spider Man does have some new impressive moves. Just beating up the bad guys still feel kind of fake. Camera angle gets bad sometimes when swinging to fast it goes right past you. I dunno. It didn't give me the same good must buy impression as Ultimate Spider Man back on PS2 and the ones based on the movies I havent really played since I prefer to stay away from games based on movies. I been looking forward to this but good thing I stayed on the safe side and rent it first. :p Just wanting to let you guys know.

Pretty much looks like another one of those games in my eyes. You know. Spider-Man, The Hulk, Iron Man. Marvel games I guess. They're not so good typically, sadly. Supposedly the fighting and webslinging is decent in this one, but as usual they botched up the mission design and all that, again.

Gonna hit the bargain bin fast this one I'd wager. So if you're into this game for whatever reason, wait for that to happen.

I put over 100 hours into Lost Odyssey, I would say it was worth 60$

I don't have "a disposable income" but I do have some "disposable income" and I choose to buy new games with some of it. I spend a lot more than $60 on a night out, and that only lasts 3 hours at most, with nothing to show for it.

If you actually play the games, gaming is actually one of the cheaper forms of entertainment out there, if you calculate it out on an hourly basis.

Considering the work and effort put into them, and the comparison in sales to other items. They are definitely worth it.

1 player action/adventure are only worth $20 or less.

I love god of war but i will never pay over 20 because these games are 2 SHORT

I'm not saying every game is worth $60. But there are definitly a few games this gen worth $60. And if you don't think they're ANY. Maybe you should stop playing video games. Because it's obviously too expensive of a hobby for you

The Spiderman 2 game was amazing. Free roaming, web-swinging, huge altitude changes.

well IGN gave it a 5.7/10, lower then Spider-Man 3 ...

The only one getting ok scores is the DS Web of Shadows 7 on here and 8 on IGN

Past that I don't think I would touch it at $60. Like most Spider-Man games the cost should drop like a rock if you wait about 3 or 4 months.
