is startrek online ok ?

well its F2P on steam, im bored so i figured wth and downloaded it, can i expect it to be at least OK and not completely terrible ? because i know alot of hate was given to this game and some was well deserved and some not

Well it got a 5.5 here and, having not actually played myself, apparently some elements are atrocious, like the ground combat.

They updated it a lot as time went on with a lot more stuff for the fans.

The gameplay itself is not the greatest, but most F2P MMO games fail in that regard.

If you're a Star Trek fan it's worth playing, but I probably wouldn't recommend it to many other people

If there's one thing I'd never do it'd be to use a review score for an online game that's always changing.

It's no longer the same game as it was at launch, so that 5.5 doesn't really apply.

Not always true for MMOs.

I think I will try it out now its on steam, its free after all.

dumb question but when it like others said free up to lvl XXX does that mwan once i reach level XXX i cant play unless i buy or that i just wont level anymore ?

I'm also wonderign the same...also about DCU.
