Is the Bioshock Infinite DLC just Ken Levine backtracking? (Possible Spoilers)

He claims there's always a guy, a girl, and a lighthouse. For those who have beaten Bioshock Infinite we assumed the "girl" in the original Bioshock were the little sisters. And now in the DLC he's gone back and added Elizabeth to that world. This feels like, to me, he's going through too much trouble to make all these worlds line up perfectly. He's gonna muck up the works.

Already been pointed out, but you got the quote wrong and the guy's name wrong. I think this is a pretty open and shut case.

Bioshock Infinite is one of my top 10 favourite games of all time. What a masterpiece...

I just hope the DLC has more/better gameplay mechanics than Infinite's base game did. I'm still getting it cause story/presentation, but probably not until a Steam sale.
