People are so cocky when it comes to new console releases.

No... But lets be honest though we get one Zelda or two a generation and a bunch of Mario games with surprise surprise another Smash game and Mario Kart, so while it isn't really dead(not even close) its still dead for most people.

If it wasn't for Zelda taking a dramatic shift with Breath of the Wild and the announcement of Metroid Prime 4 I would have skipped the Switch just like I did the Wii/Wii U.

The WiiU makes the Switch worthless? Fucking lol.

If having a library with significant ports is a problem, then PC must be the deadest of all. It also goes out of it's way to emulate games that aren't even ported.

It's old but it's a good classic which brings back memories for lots of people, so I'm not really sure.
