but actually ill go with carlos mencia. carlos mencia steals jokes from other comedians, kind of the way that sony took the motion controls and their wannabe xbox live, and they almost implimented the achievement system as well. so actually i guess it could be carlos
If you've ever seen Carlos Mencia's stand up shows and not his crappy skit show you would realize he is an excellent comedian with loads of personal talent who needs to fire his show's joke-writers...no PS3 there.
Dane Cook is outlandish, crude and hilarious because of how stupid he is...that's a PS3 to me.

I've seen him. He uses old jokes and stereotypes that he makes up half the time and hes just plain not funny.
Its very well known in the comedy world that carlos is a joke thief.He was ran off stage in l.a. by paul mooney,joe roegan,paul rodriguez and many more about a year ago.Most comedians hate carlos.As far as dane goes hes stolen material off of louie ck and a few more but hes not as hated as carlos.

I listened to the louie CK tapes, and I don't know....I could see it going both ways. The premises were the same, and a few of the lines were similar, but it still felt like 2 different people performing their own gig.
...the Carlos examples on the other hand, sound like carbon copies of the jokes he steals.
Louie ck was on the opie and anthony show around a year ago and they were playing some of louies bits from the mid 90s and playing danes bits that are only about a couple of years old and they were exactly the same.Louie didnt seem to like it but he didnt make a big deal about it.Ive heard some other comedians say that he steals but dane just tells his fans that those people are just jealous of his success.
More like Carrot Top. Oh sure he has been working out and has big muscles, but his act which is all props and gimmickshas no substance and people are tired of it!!! Kinda like Sony and the PS3!
