And while the New WiiU touch controller isn't something all that new i'm quite interested by it.

It looks like it would be very uncomfortable to hold for a while while you game. For instance i love my tablet but its very uncomfortable to hold for more than an hour. and the battery life must suck, as well as the heat it generates.

The idea of playing games from the console on the screen seems kinda cool for some purposes. Not interested in it other than that, but I haven't seen it in person, in action, with games meant to show it off. So I'll find out for sure eventually.

I can not think of a single thing that can not be done better than what a tablet controller offers than the walk away display. So basically a giant gameboy. Everything else a tablet is worse for. Wait maybe for a game like checkers or chess you could pick your pieces directly on screen which would be easier than trying to select them through a controller input but I mean thats about it.

The main problems for sony, microsoft and nintendo is when they spend millions on these crazy ideas that rarely pay off is they put extra pressure on to developer companies that have to include these crazy things that dont work properly into their games. Wastes time and resources.

I would honestly say that I find Reggie more appealing than that controller.

I'm indifferent to it as of now.

Really need to see the thing in action and see how it's utilized in some games before I pass any judgement.

Yes, even if 3rd party developes don't come up with anything too inventive having a few more input options and the ability to stream games to it like a handheld appeal to me. I'm sure there will be games that make interesting use of it too though even if most don't.
