so is there a diff between a fanboy and someone who has just got brand loyalty to a paticular company ie sony,microsoft or are the just both the same in your opinions what u think guys:shock:

fanboy in generally on video game bias but you can use it in a similar fashion as brand loyalty

Ya you go from being a gamer fanboy to just a company fanboy :lol:

Seriously though I will never understand why anyone would have brand loyalty. Being a gamer you should be a fan of the games not the company.

A fanboy or fangirl is an enthusiast who takes their brand loyalty to the extreme. They worship their company of choice at almost a cult-like level.
