That I could run Far cry 2. Min CPU = 3.2 GHz. I have Dual core @2.00GHz. CPU speed min = 3.2 GHZ. I have 1.99GHz.

Everything else meets the min except these. Is ther any way I could play it?

my 1.5 Ghz C2D laptop with a 9400gsm gpu could run it... Badly....As in almost playable.

So yes, I expect you can depending on you gpu.
