A pawn shop (it a good one, they test & clean everything, had no problems there) Is selling a Xbox 360 core with a 20gig hard-drive for $365 Canadian (360s are $100 more in Canada) and all cables, one wired controller, all manuals etc. EDIT: free 30 day warranty optional one year warranty. But...is that a good deal?

Sounds like a good deal to me....but it's still a pawn shop...if you get it, make sure to buy a warranty for it.

Don't trust pawn shops unless it comes with a warranty.

Depends on what kind of warranty is available, and if it looks like it's in good condition. Theories hold that selfrepair can actually keep you from ever getting red lights, but I wouldn't try that.

Oops I forgot it has a free 30 day warranty, and for $15, a one year warranty.

Then I say go for it. If that warranty goes void, I'm not sure you could send the unit in if it was ever damaged for repair for 140$. If you buy it, you may have to rely on self-repair after that warranty. If that is fine for you, then go for it.
