im a long time fan and even i admit its days seem to look like they are done. i dread RROD, what happened to the good old days when id leave my console on all day, well im planning on doing that with the PS3. SONY FTW i hope microsoft has learned an invaluable lesson this gen. i call on my fellow lemmings to accept defeat in the console war this gen and to humbly step aside, the PS3 clearly took it to them hard.Mr_Lube

I love my PS3 but I don't see how we handed it to the XBOX 360 when you look at software sales. It sure looks like the PS3 is losing there. Now HW is a pain since of course the XBOX is going to ahead since it started out a year before. The PS3 software attach rate is kind of dismal. They both have great exclusives so not sure how you say the PS3 took it to the XBOX hard unless you are talking about Sept of this year on regarding HW sales.

PS3 has won this gen, it beats 360 in every possible way. the only people who deny that now are the lemmings

Nintendo is the only reliable company today. Like it should be.

Hey I deny that and I only own a PS3 and talk very well of it on these forums. I mean the facts are kind of hard to deny right now that the XBOX 360 has owned the PS3 this gen so far. Now maybe in two years times we will be singing a different tune with hard facts to back it up.

Sales. LOL. Pretty important when you are talking about future viability. It the PS3 doesn't go into the black soon do you think they will continue making it or have the chance to compete with MS getting exclusive games like GTA DLC(not that I care for that stuff)lol.

Yeah, PS3 wins in every department except in quantity of games, quality of multiplats, online service, etc but who cares about these things on a gaming console?? Oh wait!!! :shock:

yeah i pretty much agree.

Whether its graphics,
overall price (because of live for 5 - 7 years, as well as wireless adapter)
Exclusives (can go both ways)
Multiplats( very similar)

But the thing that lemmings have is the SALES numbers. Ofcourse 360 wins in that category, but does that really equall a win for the average consumer? No.

Well, for me, the 360 has Halo, Fable, and Crackdown.

And multiplats scuh L4D and Mass Effect.

And then it also has cross game chat - which I care about. :|

I can definitely see where it can become useful when trying to play a match in a game when one person is playing another game or both are playing different games. I love U2 MPbut it would be cool to not have to try to party up through emails all the time.
