Is xbox the best platform for new IPs ever ?

lol, there are two posts about this. One saying it's the best and one saying it's the worst and their both right next to each other. I would say pc has the lead in new ip's because anyone can have an idea, make a game, and distribute it. With 360 you have to buy a 360 dev kit which is pretty f**k*** expensive. And this is why there are a **** ton of great indie games for pc. The graphics may not be great, but they usually make up for them big time in gameplay and artstyle.

Tales didnt neither did Panzer Dragoon and argueably Project gotham is really just Metropolis street racer but im sure the IP was controlled by sega yet PGR1 was essentially MSR2.
