Isn't it pathetic that Sony's 2nd AAA game could be a Xbox port?

It's a good game, it will probably deserve AAA, so it's not really pathetic.

Pathetic is one word for it. But I'd reserve use of that word to describe this thread itself.

If the 360 was getting this game though it'd be all praise....but since the PS3 is getting it exclusivley its an automatic crappy port with minimal improvements.  Yeah fanboy logic at its finest.

There's nothing wrong with remakes, not everyone has played these games you know.

Maybe people would be upset 3 years ago, but seriously, how the mighty have fallen.

back then the cows use to bash NG/NGS and would say things like dmc is better. now that isnt the case is it. so it goes both ways.

edit: nonetheless NG is a awsome game and i am sure sigma will get the rating it deserves when it comes out.

I don't know.  Maybe my gaming taste is off but I've had more fun with those titles that the majority of 360 titles.

 With that said, I lost interest in Gears when I bought Rainbow Six Vegas a couple days later so it's all about personal taste.

this game looks amazing in 1080p at 60 fps if you think its just a "jazzed up" port  your wrong.

Indeed. I play a bit of Resistance at a friends house and that game had chops. And as far as racing games go(they don't go far in my books) Motorstorm was pretty fun. I only played the demo though. But I'm digressing.

It is a shame that Sony's second AAA will be disragarded and verbally degraded due to it's portednessitude. But whatever, a fun game is a fun game.

resistance story concept was good. problem with me it was like another generic fps. online was pretty much the same from fps games i played in the past and was one of the reasons why i couldnt get into it. it annoys me when ppl put that game on the same level as gears. its cool that ppl liked it, but i hate the ppl who never played it give praise to it and bash gears or even if they dont like it they hype it cause of their brand loyalty.

im sure there are some who are like that, but from what i seen its cause they were not into it or dont feel its necessary to play it again when they already played ng/ngb.

Well I remember before Guitar Hero 2 was coming out, alot of lemmings were saying here comes an AAA and hey it almost got an AAA, but I know if it did get an AAA, alot of u wouldve been saying the ownage and all and making threads how another AAA for the xbox 360 and u know im right. Its the same thing with sigma, alot of cows will use it since sigma is an exclusive to the ps3, an old port it may be but an AAA would be the same thing if guitar hero 2 wouldve been AAA since guitar hero was always a playstation game. Anyways in my mind I thought Guitar Hero 2 for the xbox shouldve gotten an AAA, I dont no why it got lower, but I guess gamespot has there reasons. I am also banking on Sigma to get an AAA but with gamespot, it can be a toss up, every other site will give it an AAA.

I dont know about allll that, IGN were the ones who brought up the whole Halo Killer thing, cows I dont recall saying it was going to be the second coming of anything, it just looked like a solid shooter, AAA worthy but fell short here at GS.

I do remember all the Gears vs Resistance threads but those were about graphics mainly.
