why is it ....or does it seem, that there are far more 360 fanboys in system wars?

i mean its painfully obvious when you look at the percentage of posts, that it seems theres like 4 360 fanboy to every PS3 fanboy.

what is it about 360 owners that make them so rabid, or better yet what is it about rabid personalities that attract them towards the 360?

Numbers-wise, it used to be the other way. Rabid-wise, the cows were just as bad, but now seem more tame because they have been so completly owned

1 - More people own 360's?

2 - Backlash?

3 - They have a system to be proud of (except for RoD)?

These are my guesses. Also, you have to remember that it's not all 360 owners so you should choose your wording a little better. Like change the "what is it about 360 owners" to "what is it about some 360 owners".

If theres Wii bashing and PS3 praise then don't you think its likely to be from Sony fanboys (because they're most likely to praise PS3 andi haven't seen many lemmings bashing wii, WII60 FTW xD)

But I agree it is varied, but thats the good thing as that means there is a lot more different opinions

I believe it's just because the 360 is the superior gaming console this generation. I'm sure there were 4 PS2 'fanboys' for every XBOX one last generation.

Installed base?? If you go by VGchartz (which a lot of people don't but it must have some merit), Ps3 only has 2.43 million consoles sold in the US while the 360 has 8.58 million systems sold.

Add on top of that that this gen PS3 is the "high end" system. Meaning that alot of the hardcore gamers who own one, also own another system. May like one of their other systems better.

It was the same during Xbox vs PS2. PS2 was way more popular, and therefore the board felt biased towards it.

because its a lot easier to defend

the only major problems with the 360 are

1. all it's best games are multiplat(or will be)

2. RROD

3. the fact that you pay for nothing on xbox live
