first of all , maybe its his internet connection ,, not every one has the fastest /optimal speed needed to run without lagging , or it was the hosts speed,
every 360 game ive played has lag, halo is not excempt ,
it has to do with the host's internet speed
not the game itself
fact is , you can claim all the bull you want , halo is just as laggy as any game when played by a said host ,
and halo is extreamly overrated dont even consider that fps, you want a fps ,, goldeneye or resistance 2 are so much better,
or theres of course what you hate - cod mw
or crysis , those are what i consider a real fps experience that changed the genre or proved to be one to look for
halo is old as heck , nothing changes about reach and it will not because bungie is so lazy to include bots and a real map maker bots in multiplayer is a big plus for fps have been since duke nukem 64
some how developers keep forgetting that one aspect ,
also i know for a fact mariokart wii and goldeneye wii has the best servers of any game ive actually played and i own over 300 current gen titles,
(110 360 disc games plus about 60 xbla) 106 wii plus wii ware games uknown number but well over 40 are downloaded 33 ps3 games 3 psn titles 18 psp games and over 30 ds games 1 current gen pc game-rainbow six vegas)
so ya , um i know what ive played and its every known franchise that has started since nes
so i can in fact say its not the servers it is the community , some players in the community hack and cheat
this is the major problem amoung the most populated games ,
and if micrsoft dont take action and i mean immediate action against this , nor sony or nintendo , you will continue to se ehacking and cheating thus leading to players getting kicked from the match
the main reason games can lag is the host has a lag switch if that host is the one your playing with , ,
your going to have lag , sure glitches are a whole different story so far gta iv has the most glitches this gen ,
