The game is too choatic for me to have any fun playing it.

SSBB would be good if they hadn't taken out Roy and just get rid of marth.genaroll
Marth rules and Roy was a wuss anyway. Ike could easily destroy Roy. (That is, if Ike is considered Roy's replacement)
In all honesty, I prefer Brawl over Melee. The online play may suck due to it being laggy as all hell, but still is a frantically fun game. And I don't agree to it being the worst SSB, to be honest, that belongs to the N64 game.nintendoboy16
I feel the same way. The N64 game has the least amount of characters, stages, and content in general by far, but its still fun. Brawl is probably my favorite in the series. Its just so full of content and is definitely more balanced than Melee as well. Not to say the balance is perfect, cuz it isnt, but its not bad.

You should probably take a nap,I heard not getting enough sleep is bad for you it makes you say crazy stuff.SSBB is still an incredible game, I still play it from time to time. The replay value is the greatest I have seen of every game out there. :)

Yeah, there's no character like Fox in Melee that is far and away the best, and there are fewer useless characters.[QUOTE="princemarth23"][QUOTE="nintendoboy16"]In all honesty, I prefer Brawl over Melee. Yeah, there's no character like Fox in Melee that is far and away the best, and there are fewer useless characters.Metaknight is the most overpowered character in Brawl and Snake would be next. However Brawl is more balanced. The difference from fox to pichu in SSBM is much greater than the difference from Metaknight to Captain Falcon.
Yeah as a party game it might be good, but as a traditional fighter it's pretty bad.
Yangire
Probably because it is not a "traditional fighter" which is the good thing about it in my opinion.
Brawl is still a blast to play. I'd say it's one of the top 5 Wii games out there.

Yeah that's what I was getting at. It was just worded poorly.Yes it is. I still occasionally break out my Gamecube and give it a run or two. That and Mario Kart for the Cube are still very fun games!
Fun Factor wise I think it's the best fighter this gen. I love the selection of characters and the stages. They picked some great music as well. Great game to me!GoldenElementXLYep. Nintendo is unmatched when it comes to first party development. I wish their third party support would put as much as Nintendo does into their games.
No Street fight is a slow pace game and brawl is fast and better At being an actually fighter SF4 is better, its actually balanced.[QUOTE="-Snooze-"]
I prefer pretty much any fighter to Brawl. Brawl was terrible.
DOA and Street Fighter on the other hand are excellent.

Super Smash Bros. = The Best Game Nintendo put out since Ocarina of Time, funny Both Games came out on the Same console.

Lets not bark up that tree, you know how smash bros fans who've never actually played a fighting game love to defend it to death as the ultimate supreme and deepest fighter.[QUOTE="-Snooze-"]

even though Smash Bros. is a Fighter. It was never meant to be played like Street Fighter or Dead or Alive or any traditional Arcade fighter.

Yes, I never understood why the comparisons occur. I've seen countless arguments in the past, its not played the same as Street Fighter, its not in the playstyle as Street Fighter, it can not be compared to traditional fighters. Smash Bros is a great game if you're into that kind of thing, some are more competive and remove everything great about smash bros in order to try to make it competetive, when you could instead, just play a fighter meant to be played that way.Well, I can't really say anything about that... I don't even know you... so you're not that awesome to me. But others might have that opinion. Anyways on topic here, I agree. I regret having sold my wii a while back. Could still be playing it :(It's been almost 20 years and I'm still effin' awesome 8)
Raymundo_Manuel
Its funny that you bring this up. I just finished playing this game with a friend. Only Pokeballs and Max item drop rate... SO MUCH FUN!!!
Melee is far better than Brawl... and the original is far better than both. I'm glad Powerstone exists.
for 1v1 competitive play Melee is better, but if you've got 3 friends around and want an awesome 4 player fight brawl is definitely the way to go.
I love Brawl. Somehow I can still turn it on and have a blast. A lot of people say Melee is better, but I disagree. Brawl has more lasting appeal IMO.
Fun game for sure. Remember I bought a Wii just for that game. Good times.
I've moved on since then. Can't believe I used to take the game seriusly as a competitive "fighter" lol. The game doesnt lend itself to be played so seriously. It's just not that type of game and never has been. After I got over that it became 10x more fun.
Still play it every now n then. Great game.

Brawl is an awesome game, and I enjoy playing it casually or competitively, as I do with Melee and SSB64.
As someone who's played both SSB64 and SSBM a billion times, I actually didn't have that much issue adjusting to the floaty, slower combat in Brawl. That and Brawl has many more features and a better character roster, better visuals, better soundtrack. That being said it sucks that they ****ed up break the targets, tournament mode, and event mode.
Great party game, but the online component complete destroys any hope of me enjoying it outside a group of friends, and to be honest... the thing I get tired of most while playing the game is having every match become just the same thing.... High tier characters (Star Fox/Fire Emblem) matches with no items, battlefield stage only, etc... it gets boring that way.... yoshi_64There's your problem...Brawl is pretty good if you turn all items off and only play on Battlefield. Where it shines is in the addition of random elements that makes every match interesting. Even though the best player may not always win, I just feel it is so much more fun with items on and playing on dynamic maps.
