I must admit as a cow, lemmings pushed us a little more than we thought with their heavy hitters and sales! Lemmings really got a chance to be arrogant and they sure have the reasons to be!

Now PS3 is pushing back with their heavy hitters and KZ2 is really looking like it's going to push back even harder!

Look, I have to say the only tragedy for me this Xmas, was I haven't bought any Wii games, if there's a console that dissappointed this holiday season, it was the Wii. That being said, the season's not over.

I would refrain from hyping KZ2, and rely on talking about the great games you got this year (If you even really have a PS3).

Still, yeah, the 360 is a great sales machine beast in comparison, if you want to pretend that sales make LBP a worse game, like every other low seller out there (Shadow of the Colossus, ICO, etc.)

have you seen the cover system in KZ2???lol its pathetic. i didn't even reaslise that they've had it it most of their SP videos. anyways in a first person shooter not haveing a cover system online wont make a difference. since the game doesn't seem to be based around it. however if they had removed it from say rainbow 6(tactical FPS) then there'd be some pissed off people. i suspect they removed it in KZ2 just to keep the pace of the the game up.

When Lemmings bough their 360s at launch cows claimed that they shuld be terrified of the Cell and the PS3 user base...we know how that turned out...

When the PS3 was delayed cows told lemmings that they should be terrified of Sony games such as Lair...we know how that turned out...

When the PS3 launch was a disaster and most of the games for the platform flopped, they told us, "wait, wait until next year"...Sony pushed back, but it is clear that the days of PS2 like dominance are over...

Now we are asked to wait until next year for the "heavy hitters" and KZ2?  Ok, we will wait, but I don't think Sony is going to push even harder.   Since this years heavy hitters, LBP and Resistance, did not sell very well, I'm not worried about KZ2....and the rumored PS3 price cut will be a case of too little too late.  Who the hell buys their consoles in March...as a global economic crisis gets worse from week to week?

It might not be over for the PS3...but I would not hold my breath hoping for the overpriced Blu-ray player to catch or overtake the Xbox360.

Well for me it wouldn't have any added effects because it really isn't my concern on what is being released or not. I could really cared less on how many great titles another console have, just as long as there are great games that satisfy my gaming needs then I am okay with it. Why would Killzone 2 have any effect, it not like I am losing all my games that I purchase right now. -DarthMaul-

Exactly. I focus on what to play now, and when the time for KZ2 comes, I'll be ready to play on day one. But people (read: cows and KZ2 graphics whores) really, and I mean really need to stop pretending that the gaming world is going to stop on the day this game is released.  Yes, the game will probably achieve AAA status and provide hours upon hours of gaming for buyers, but the other platforms will not close up shop because Sony's big-bad shooter steps on the scene.
