Ok dudes. I just picked up a SNES. It came with Super Mario World, Lion King, Mortal Kombat 3 and Beavis and Butthead for the price of ....... FREE! awesome. Neways, Holla out the must buys for the SNES. I know Final Fantasy 3 & Chrono Trigger are like the best RPG's. Oh, and SMRPG. What else?
Lufia II: Rise of the Sinistrals is the best SNES RPG, but it's hard to find. Earthbound is awesome as well. As far as other games go: Maeman X Donkey Kong Country The Legend Of Zelda: A Link to the Past Kirby Superstar That is a good start, but it's not even close to the full greatness that the Super Nintendo is.

Yeah I know theres tons, I just wasn't a console gamer at that time (although I wanted to be) so I don't really know all of whats good. I'm hoping if I can get a decent list and go into EB Games and such looking for stuff I can start a decent collection. Ppl act like its a bargain buying this stuff off ebay buy u buy a game for like 0.01 and then end up paying $6.00 in shipping, I might as well have just drove to some store.

*about Super Metroid* Sadly, basically the only Metroid games I've played were the Prime Series. I've tried playing Fusion and the remake, but I dunno. Maybe I'm just not used to the games or whatever but they really challange me as a game player and I end up getting really frustrated. I can't even beat Ridley *tears*

I either use ebay or this store called Vintage stock by me-either way be prepared to spend some money on the good SNES games...they are expensive...alot of the good ones in mint shape are more than new games. But the games are great...it's my fave system ever :D (I pretty much can recommend any of the games I own-check my SNES collection on my Gamespot profile-i aint typing them out...)

I've tried, but there is only madden games :x can you post what games they were? theyre at my cottage with our snes. but that i remember there was mario vs dk, a jokes baseball game, 2 copies the same mario game for some reason... (and we already had that gameXD, my dads pretty noob), dr. mario, a donkey kong game, a few more good ones, but like half of them were sh!tters. he got them all for like 40$ canadian:D:D:D he gave them to my brother and i as a christmas gift. note he also got NES though not as many, so if i confuse them im not making this stuff up/
Mine is in the closet and is like my NES. I gotta blow on it to make it work. My Genesis works but I lost the AC Adaptor in a move and can't find a replacment.

I didn't pay anything for it, and even if I did, I consider myself a collector (atleast of Nintendo stuff) so its worth it to me. Now I have every Nintendo console, and the only thing I don't really have is Gameboy (Original), GBA Slim or whatever they called it, and Gameboy Micro.

Just a small list of games I recommend. Chrono Trigger Donkey Kong Country 1-3 Earthbound Earthworm Jim F-Zero Final Fantasy II, III Killer Instinct Kirby Super Star Mega Man X, X2, X3 Pilotwings Secret of Mana Star Fox Super Castlevania IV Super Mario Kart Super Mario RPG Super Mario World 1, 2 Super Metroid Zelda: Link to the Past Those are the majority of the really big SNES games... there's plenty of good games outside of this list, obviously.
Better late than never. I recommend Yoshi's Island, Zelda, Final Fantasy III, Chrono Trigger, Super Mario RPG, Earthbound, and more. Just grab every game you can find. :)
