It is a damn JRPG dude... you go through long periods where there is no gameplay anyway and you are just looking at the screen reading text/watching cutscene. It isn't like the disc change will come in the middle of gameplay! It would be at the end of a cutscene.

Don't you think it's interesting that Blue Dragon isn't the biggest game for the X360 but yet is the only one using multiple discs?
Developers already stated it wasn't compressed the way it should.

The devs would wouldn't they. They've exclusively produced the product for 360. It's like Insomniac claiming they filled 25 gigs of legitimate data onto Blu-ray. We'd like to believe them both but deep down we know they're both bending the truth to suit the needs of their respective clients. The devs would wouldn't they. This is the only thing you will EVER see me agree with you on. The NA version of Blue Dragon would have been multi disk no matter what since they have to store both Japanese and English voice overs. Please don't rebuttle with "Oblivion yadda yadda yadda" because I'm a hardcore lemming and I am getting sick of seeing that argument myself.

My belief is that the "zephyr" with the larger hard drive will end all of the extra disc changing. Because as we all know all that extra space that you need isnt for the gameplay, its for the cgi cutscenes. So, what will end up happening is that just like with the ps3, you will load the extra disc on the hard drive and that will be all the cutscenes and the other disc the gameplay, is the one you will play, and vu la, no more changing disc.

Putting all the cutscenes on a separate disc is going to be a problem for the millions of 360s already in homes today. I don't mind disc swapping if it happens during a logical break in the story, but swapping for each cutscene would be horrible.

This is really starting to show how lazy everyone is becoming when they dont even want to get up and change a disc. And with The PS1 you had to do the same thing on several games. I thought opening the disc tray or turning off the entire console was going to make everyone lazy well I guess i am kina right. Jk....
But is it really that big of a deal switching disc when you may only have to switch disc 3 or 4 times. Well I think that is worth saving $200.
but for an extra $200, you won't have to worry about it.[QUOTE="Kook18"][QUOTE="jmorey01"]People are still complaining about disk swapping? God forbid I have to stand up eh?
