Yes, because it happens to every 10 million users, several times in their life. Even though I had mine since launch and had no problems. But thats not the point, is it? The guys with the problems are much louder then the content users, not to mention the majority of the users who don't even visit here.

as far as im concerned now, the ps3 is the limiting tech around here. look at all the crap its spewing out all over the place, its like a newborn baby. If the best two games you can get on your system is a xbox port and a year old 360/pc game, whos the slow tech?

as long as the devs dont fill up disc space with worthless cgi trash and use an in game engine to accomplish the exact same thing, then it would fit on one, thats why mass effect fits on one, because 60 percent of the game which would usually be cgi for *** crap is all in game.

It is a damn JRPG dude... you go through long periods where there is no gameplay anyway and you are just looking at the screen reading text/watching cutscene. It isn't like the disc change will come in the middle of gameplay! It would be at the end of a cutscene.

Don't you think it's interesting that Blue Dragon isn't the biggest game for the X360 but yet is the only one using multiple discs?

Developers already stated it wasn't compressed the way it should.

let me put it this way rashpal, the best game you guys have now, and by far the only AAA you have, is oblivion, been there, played that a year ago. Soon, you will have ng sigma, a game i played like 4 years ago, been there, done that. Either realize it and kill yourself or come back when sony makes their own game

The devs would wouldn't they. They've exclusively produced the product for 360. It's like Insomniac claiming they filled 25 gigs of legitimate data onto Blu-ray. We'd like to believe them both but deep down we know they're both bending the truth to suit the needs of their respective clients.

This is the only thing you will EVER see me agree with you on. The NA version of Blue Dragon would have been multi disk no matter what since they have to store both Japanese and English voice overs. Please don't rebuttle with "Oblivion yadda yadda yadda" because I'm a hardcore lemming and I am getting sick of seeing that argument myself.

As a hardcore Lemming yes you're right it's very unlikely we'll ever agree. But *** and English text on Blu-ray... no proble, you can agree on that.

Imagine if FFXIII would sell about 20 million on the 360. Then, if it takes 4 seconds to switch disc , 20 million people would have lost 4 seconds of their life switching discs. That's a total of 80'000'000 seconds, and that's about 1333333 minutes, wich is about 2222 hours, wich is about 925 days, and finally, that's about 2.5 years! Just by having to switch discs, over 2 years of life would be thrown away! Blu-Ray FTW!

Yeah, seriously, some of these people act like they had to change discs every 5 minutes last gen or something. Who cares if its 3 or more discs as long as the game is great??? And yes, we all know that there are plenty of 360s out there that have been failing on people, but that doesn't mean it happens to everyone. Besides, how soon we forget that the PS2 had issues last gen too and how many people went through 2 or more of those?

[QUOTE="mtradr43"][QUOTE="Rashpal"][QUOTE="Shu76"]Imagine your playing Final Fantasy 13 on the Xbox 360 and your near the end of the game then suddenly after puting in 40+ hours of game time on it...then the "Red Ring Of Doom Appears"! How funny would that be???? :D Cyberfairy

Even more funny: the games asks you to change disk! :D

cause we all know that every 360 gamer weighs over 300 pounds and cannot lean forward a few feet to put a disc in, oh noes, i wasted 4 seconds changing discs!! this game is worthless

 ZOMG *head explodes*

Yeah, seriously, some of these people act like they had to change discs every 5 minutes last gen or something. Who cares if its 3 or more discs as long as the game is great??? And yes, we all know that there are plenty of 360s out there that have been failing on people, but that doesn't mean it happens to everyone. Besides, how soon we forget that the PS2 had issues last gen too and how many people went through 2 or more of those?

My belief is that the "zephyr" with the larger hard drive will end all of the extra disc changing. Because as we all know all that extra space that you need isnt for the gameplay, its for the cgi cutscenes. So, what will end up happening is that just like with the ps3, you will load the extra disc on the hard drive and that will be all the cutscenes and the other disc the gameplay, is the one you will play, and vu la, no more changing disc.

Putting all the cutscenes on a separate disc is going to be a problem for the millions of 360s already in homes today.  I don't mind disc swapping if it happens during a logical break in the story, but swapping for each cutscene would be horrible.

I suppose it would be slightly less funny then having no games to play whatsoever.

Well that's 4 seconds you could spend playing the game rather then worrying about old and limiting technology...

I know you're not serious.

complaining about disc swapping is some of the worst ammo I've ever seen cows use. who cares about disc swapping? keep grasping for straws, you seem to like doing that.

I know when MGS had it on the PS1 with two discs it was sooooooo annoying to change discs and that resulted in the game failing and becoming a joke and going un-noticed with little people enjoying the game...oh wait

All this hoping and wishful thinking is reminding me of how Sony fans hope and wish for new games. Are lemmings jumping on the "I wish" bandwagon? LoL!

This is really starting to show how lazy everyone is becoming when they dont even want to get up and change a disc. And with The PS1 you had to do the same thing on several games. I thought opening the disc tray or turning off the entire console was going to make everyone lazy well I guess i am kina right. Jk....

But is it really that big of a deal switching disc when you may only have to switch disc 3 or 4 times. Well I think that is worth saving $200.
