I still think the DMC4 petition was the best.

Cows were still in their peak delusional state at the time. It was one of the first in the avalanche of lost 3rd party exclusives for Sony. Cows took that **** very seriously. By the time FFXIII was announced to be multiplat it was already kind of expected by most reasonable people. Still made for an amazing week in SW, but not as big as the DMC4 fiasco.

I think anyone who cares enough about a game to sign one of these petitions is most definitely a person that will buy the game on day one.

If anything, these petitions could be used as a way to predict pre-orders! :D

If you actually would read the comments of the so-called "cows" who signed it, you would see that at least a good number of them are lemmings. Heck, the fifth guy from the top signed it as "SonySucks(*insert male genitalia here)".

All I have to say is wow, I can almost understand why they would be mad, but just the fact that they thought a online petition would change anybody's mind is beyond me.

Did this kind of stuff happen when ME2 went multiplat? The only people who I think would take it harsher than cows would be sheep. I, personally, would love to see what would happen if Legend of Zelda went multiplat.
