I'm just going to go on living my life pretending that MGS4 , Valkyria Chronicles , LittleBigPlanet , Resistance 2 , Motorstorm Pacific Rift , and a bunch of other games never came out in 2008 and pretend God of War III had a release date and then delayed. It makes my world so much easier to deal with , otherwise it would be in shambles. 2008 was year of the Haze for the ps3 , nothing more.

Yeah, looks like a very strong year. Although a couple may get delayed, Sony will just do what they did with Resistance 2 and Motorstorm 2; reveal a few games and release them in the same year. Some people have the weird idea that they never do that.

what on earth is this? PS3 may not have had a hefty flow of exclusive titles during the year. But overall their showcase was far superior than both Nintendo and MS combined! 2008 was the year of the PS3, just as 2007 was the year of the Wii, and 2006 was the year of.... the PS2 :lol:nintendo-4life

If you count how many horrible games the system has, the 360 is Winning also! Two worlds, The sequel to two world what is coming out too human, dead or alive xtreme 2, history channel game, vampire rain(now thats a quality title...HA), Don't forget Pimp my ride!( THE GAME)

So you just admitted quality is important. By the looks of it, PS3 will get more quality, killer-app games, since they have games coming out from proven developers (Naughty Dog, Insomniac, etc). Sony never confirmed or announcedrelease dates for GoW3 and GT5 until now. as far as i know 2009 looks good for sony Killzone2, White Knight and so on. so what are u trying to say here that 2010 looks good for sony too? i agree

Right so by mgs4 scoring a perfect 10 on not only this site but others is a flop. Or R2 scoring a 9 on this site along with LBP a flop? hmmm damn..what games have to score a 11/10 to be not a flop nowadays.

Socom had its problems, but honestly they fixed it and extremly addiciting and fun.

2008 was the year of the PS3 and 2009 looks to be very solid for it too.
