The below thought experiment is an extreme alternate reality from ours, however I find it is the extremes that bring out people's true colors.
It is the year 2142 and law has been made that the average citizen shall only be allotted one gaming console for their lifespan. If this law is not satisfied once a year an annual purge will occur to exterminate violators.
If this were the case would you feel strongly enough to rebel and own more than one system? Or would you appease the Capitol by only owning one, and which one would it be?
