Supposely it sold about 400-500k in the US alone but I could be wrong. If it did infact sell that much than I'd say it didn't flop.
You link to VGChartz but can't look it up yourself?Mardil
If I put up a vgchartz number, it will be BS since it has been determined on this forum that vgchartz is unreliable. Which I guess makes my sig unreliable too... :|

You could always use Nexgenwars, if that's any more reliable...
Everything is bogus to people on this site. I think vgchartz is reliable enough. They post their estimates along with NPD and it usually lines up pretty well. If it doesn't they update their numbers with NPD numbers. People just don't want to use them cuz its not 100% accurate, but really you don't need 100% accuracy and NOTHING is 100% accurate. When you see GTA:SA sold 15 million you can be pretty safe that it sold around 14-16 million. Unless you're arguing some one that it sold 15M and not 14 or 16, its useful enough.
From this site you'd think that when vgchartz has the Wii at 16.6 million sold, its actually only at like 4 million... or its really at 50 million.
For a Rare title, yes Kameo flopped in sales.
I think the total was between 350k and 400k. Don't have a link for you though, sorry.
Id' rather them put all their resources into Banjo three.
Thats kinda the testing ground to see if they still have their magic from the n64 days. Viva pinata was a good indication....but Banjo is going to be the defining game for Rare IMO.

ZeldaMaster32
It was a launch title though, so 400k is actually pretty good. Not amazing, but still good.

Very good point. However Call of Duty 2 sold way more than that and it was also a premier launch title.

Thus why I said good, not amazing :P Call of Duty 2 would have been one of the amazing sellers at launch.
If Kameo (a launch title)flopped at over half a million. Then 90% of PS3 lineup flopped in sales.
Ratchet on PS3 is only at 500,000 same as Kameo.
