Kane and Lynch3 is in development

SquareEnix has filed a trandemark for a new kane and lynch game.This game will be coming to the PS3,360 and most likely PC.

First one was crap,2nd one was even worse.

I have high hopes for the third.

How do they keep making these? I was shocked there was a sequel.

I liked the second one, it was a fun little co-op experience, especially with heists.

I doubt the second kane and Lynch gamesold over a million after what happened to the first game.

Such a **** series, to think we've gone without Hitman for 6 years for this crap.

Yeah it was pretty bad, imo. I just bothers me when it seems like these companies are trying to force a series. It doesn't sell well, it doesn't get good reviews, people obviously don't really care about it, and here it is getting more games made then Kingdom Hearts or Xenogears.

I loved loved the visual style of the 2nd. It was goddam perfect. Everything else was crud. Though the voice acting of both is pretty good. I hope the gameplay is good in this one, as well as the story.

Money is great.

I really like the games. First one had bad cover and pointless squad control. Second fixed the cover but gave us a madly short story. I just hope the third one is when they realize all of the lost potential they had with the first 2 and make it up in the third.

I enjoyed both games, I wish they would be a bit more open though. I bet kane and lynch could give GTA a run for it's money if they tried.

They weren't the best games but they were fun. The cover and squad controls were dumb in the first one. then the second one got the controls right but the story was too short. They just have alot of potential that the devs don't seem to see and am hoping they will this time around.

Right, because we all know how AMAZING the series has done so far.

No just they did financially well. Each time they looked good, but the gameplay didn't match.

The gameplay was also way too tedious for me. The story was a bit bland, though I really did love the acting of Kane and Lynch. They didn't really explore them enough.

The multiplayer was kinda cool though.

wtf. I didn't hate the first one's story, and the marketing of K&L 2 made me believe they could redeem themselves... they couldn't. These guys made Hitman and goddamned Freedom Fighters, I don't understand why they're having so much trouble with this property.

K&L 2 stripped out the fun parts of 1 and became such a generic shooter (albeit a better one than 1), and there was zero storytelling compared to the first one. I like the grittiness and brutality of that universe, but ffs they just can't get it right.
