Keep or sell my Xbox 360

I just got a free xbox 360 (4gb) along with a new laptop I bought (thanks to the microsoft student deal).

I already have a decent desktop, now have an awsome gaming laptop, and a PS3. One of my house mates has a 360 already. I am trying to decide if I want to keep or sell the 360. It is still in the box and I should be able to get 150-200 for it.

Can anyone give me a compelling reason to keep it?

EDIT: I have an old 120gb hard drive from a bricked xbox 360. I can stick that hard drive in.

You already have a gaming laptop... check

You already have a PS3... check

Your "housemat" already has a 360.. check

You're already quoting prices for the system.. check

You could always keep it to fulfill your casual gaming needs. Heil68

If you do decide to trade it in, which seems likely as you have a PS3/PC for virtually all multiplats, then now might be a good time as Gamestop is offering $50 extra on all PS3 or 360 trade ins.

If your friend has one you guys could game together? but if your happy with your friends list on the ps3 or need money then sell it. personally i like having both systems in case one goes under or if a certain exclusive comes out i want to play

Keep it if you want to play Dead or Alive 4, Alan Wake, Halo, Gears of War and such. Otherwise, if you're ok with what you already have, a little extra money wouldn't hurt.

But, you can sell it and buy a new one if your housemate doesn't want to share it with you. Or you could keep it and play it for something..

If you can sell it for that much, I would sell it.

So you do some system linking. But you probably dont have friends so you wont be doing stuff like that.

If you got it for free, why not rent some games first that you wanted to play--and then sell it.Stevo_the_gamer
