Wow, what an incredible deal. Hundreds of games for $60 a year! That's $5 a month! Plus a $15 credit? Killer deal. I know a lot of people in SW love to stream.. apparently. So will you be checking this out?
Good deal, but not for me.
Same. I use PC GP because I get it for free. I wouldn't pay for it and I'm not interested in paying for this either. The only services I pay for are PS+ and NSO so I can play MP on consoles. I prefer having real ownership of my games.

Yeah man, that last thread we had on game streaming was a ton of fun.
Will you be getting it?
I'm old school gamer who likes to buy new games 😆
For the PC version that's a bit expensive. I got it for about £35 I think. The PC selection of games on PSNow is a bit limited to spend any more than that,

I know man, that resale value ^^
I also like owning my games. But I think as more and more games become available, Gamepass will become a real gamechanger for me:
Deathloop, Forza Horizon 5, Fable, Age of Empires, etc...
If I didn't already have a ps4, I'd get it to play ps4 games on PC. Still tempting, but I doubt I'd even get my $60 worth out of it.

Did you know? I bought Forza Horizon 4 Ultimate at launch. DIGITALLY? Yep, I spent $100. When it comes to franchises I like, I put in the dough 😮

You're that guy that still buys music CD's from Best Buy instead of easily paying $10 per month for Apple Music simply because you're terrified of change.

I bought the AC: Valhalla and Battlefield V ultimate editions. I think both set me back about 80 a piece.
I did it because I loved the previous entries in the series so much. And because the new setting spoke to me.
Would I do it for the next game in the series? Probably not.
Unless Battlefield went back to Vietnam and AC was set in Asia too :P
Once I clear Dirt 5, I'm going to go back to Forza Horizon 4, I was really enjoying the Fortune Island DLC.
@theam0g: I use Spotify and create my own playlists that I can use on all my devices for free. Lol at paying for music.
@SolidGame_basic: Nah. The games that you can download are either old, or else everybody has them, and the bc games are all streamed.
psnow is basically dead in the water.....I hope this price cut wasn’t Sony’s promised answer to gamepass.

You’re getting it for free through ms rewards? Thousands of points needs a lot of time using ms products on that gaming pc you bought....guess you’re not using your ps5 that much then?
Sounds like a good deal but no one wants to rent old games that they’ve already played before right? 😅
@xantufrog: You need to use Bing and Edge on a daily basis. That gets you 150 points per day. Doing the same on mobile gets you more. Play daily quizzes on bing as well, and you earn around 7000 reward points which is enough for gamepass for pc.
Rewards aren’t available in all countries.
I tried doing the Microsoft Rewards thing before and still do on the odd occasion just to snag some points here and there but honestly I just can’t be arsed to do it on the regular. I always feel like there’s other things that I want to do with my time.
@sealionact: such a dumb post. I guess Gamepass is overflowing with all the fantastic exclusives Series X launched with. Oh wait, most of the games are old too and Xbox barely has anything worth mentioning besides Gears 5 and Forza? Carry on.

@Sagemode87 said:@Pedro: that's the thing. Sony has games people pay for. It doesn't need to whore out its games for cheap.
@Sagemode87: Compared to PSnow, it’s positively a goldmine. Apart from the games you mentioned there’s Gears tactics, ms flight simulator, The medium, FM21, Hivebusters, NBA 2k21, Minecraft Dungeons, Outriders, Dirt 5, etc...all new games.
Now you list the new games on psnow, and we’ll compare.....
Start with the ps5 games. 😁
@sealionact: ah. Thanks. TBH that sounds like some extra bs in my life that I don't need. If I used Edge and Bing already I guess it would be a no brainer.
There's no such thing as a free lunch. I would like you to read the T&Cs before signing for these 'freebies' or you would just be giving away your privacy and data to MS.

Privacy, in the US. 😂
True, I always forget that GDPR isn't universal.
Cows will crawl across broken glass, trample all over themselves, and sail to all four corners of the forgotten realms to secure their own access to GamePass, but for most of them, you couldn't pay them to care about PlayStation Now.
Sorry TC, but it looks like for most people, even Cows, Playstation Now does not own anywhere near the same amout of real-estate between their ears as GamePass. Sorry.
PS5's might be selling a ton but they are sitting in scalpers' basements, and that means not as many legit gamers buying games and services and such. Makes sense then why'd they do this.
Thanks for posting. That is a heck of a deal and I am sure I can get $45 dollars worth of value out of it.
Np man. $45 a year comes to $3.75 month. Definitely a bargain.
Sony running scared. First a bunch of shit indie games for free, now a discount to one of their failed subscription services. The desperation is mounting.
Cows flocking to Gamepass, claiming to get it for free when we all know they paying top dollar for a fantastic MS service that Sony can't compete with.
PS5's gathering dust with nothing to play.
