Games is also cross-buy and cross platform! Even filthy Cows can play it with those specs assuming they have a good decent Quad-Core PC! It's a lot more accessible than Street Fighter 5

Season One

• Jago – Killer Instinct (1994): Suffering a crisis of faith following the discovery that the Tiger Spirit guiding him was actually Gargos, Jago now seeks to purge himself of whatever remnants of Gargos remain within him.
• Sabrewulf – Killer Instinct (1994): Still trying to regain his humanity, Sabrewulf has almost completely submitted to his feral side and torn out his cybernetic implants, restoring his arms through the use of dark arts and developing an addiction to the medicines and artifacts used in the process.
• Glacius – Killer Instinct (1994): Glacius has landed on Earth to recover his alien technology before it can fall into the wrong hands, while also searching for the thief who stole his ship's power core after landing.
• Thunder – Killer Instinct (1994): Having learned that his brother Eagle was killed in the first Killer Instinct tournament but not knowing how or why, Thunder seeks to locate Eagle's remains and finally receive closure.
• Sadira – Killer Instinct (2013): Sadira and her assassins are ordered by ARIA to hunt and kill the former competitors of the Killer Instinct tournament. ARIA also tells her to "prepare the way" by taking Glacius's power core and using it to open a dimensional rift.
• Orchid – Killer Instinct (1994): Having been disavowed by her agency, Orchid emigrates to Eastern Europe to establish a rebel group, and fully commits herself to exposing and eliminating UltraTech.
• Spinal – Killer Instinct (1994): Resurrected by an artifact known as the Mask of the Ancients, Spinal seeks to find the mask so as to remove the curse causing his immortality and allow him to finally rest in peace.
• Fulgore – Killer Instinct (1994): A new Fulgore prototype is constructed to protect UltraTech from its enemies, but it begins to develop self-awareness due to the residual memories of the human mind used in its construction.
• Shadow Jago^a – Killer Instinct (2013): A sinister version of Jago under the possession of Omen, who aims to bring about Gargos's return.

Season Two

• T.J. Combo – Killer Instinct (1994): Having lost his cybernetic implants and been scorned by the public after they are exposed, T.J. seeks to get revenge on UltraTech and earn redemption.
• Maya – Killer Instinct 2 (1996): After UltraTech's attack on her hidden city wipes out her clan and releases Kan-Ra, Maya sets out to destroy him once and for all.
• Kan-Ra – Killer Instinct (2013): Freed from imprisonment during the attack on the Night Guard's city, Kan-Ra now seeks to restore his power and control the world.
• Riptor – Killer Instinct (1994): A new line of Stalker units augmented with cybernetics and led by Riptor is developed by Ultratech to operate in conditions not suitable for their Fulgore line.
• Omen^b – Killer Instinct (2013): Now able to manifest on the mortal plane thanks to his time spent in Jago's body, Omen seeks to herald the return of his master Gargos, destroying all who would oppose them.
• Aganos – Killer Instinct (2013): Given the task of finding and killing Kan-Ra thousands of years ago, Aganos continues to pursue him, hoping to one day fulfill his master's last request.
• Hisako – Killer Instinct (2013): When UltraTech disturbs her grave, Hisako's spirit is reawakened, and she seeks vengeance on those who disturbed her rest.
• Cinder – Killer Instinct (1994): When he is caught trying to steal Ultratech secrets, Ben Ferris is forced to serve ARIA, being transformed into the half-alien Cinder.
• ARIA – Killer Instinct (2013): Deciding that humanity has become weak and vulnerable, ARIA decides to force human evolution by any means necessary.

• Rash – Killer Instinct (2013): A guest character from the Battletoads franchise.
• Kim Wu – Killer Instinct 2 (1996)
• Arbiter - Killer Instinct (2013): A guest character from the Halo franchise.

• Gargos - Killer Instinct 2 (1996): Trapped in another dimension for millennia, ARIA's machinations allow Gargos to finally reach Earth.

Only difference between the two is that Street Fighter V doesn't require Windows 10 to play and not locked in the Windows Store. Overall, the specs are about the same minus the OS requirement.

Would pick if up in a heartbeat but I'm very afraid of the Windows Store.

I doubt anyone can feel bad for PC gamers anno 2015-2016

• Constant stream of high scoring games
• Constant stream of new games
• Revival of old and forgotten genres thanks to kickstarter/early access/moving away from publishers that don't have the faintest clue what people actually want
• Constant stream of good news
• Decent hardware is cheaper than ever
• Sony and MS taking an interest in the platform after years, decades of trying to push/lure PC games to their platform

Well there is a downside to all of this

Because as I see it, this gen is seeing waaaaaaay less exclusives for PS4 and Xbone than for PS3 and Xbox 360.

Heck even SW definition for an exclusive seems to have changed to a game appearing on multiple platforms. Laughing my ass off !!!! xD

While they did a shit job with AK, iron galaxy is the current developer for KI so it's an in house job probably with help from MS

I'm totally hype for season 3 as it is. As a person who loves fighting games, I been playing the fck out of Killer Instinct on Xbox One for a long time, own season 1/2 and the only thing I'm looking forward to is Arbiter and Rash. When I pick up Rare Replay last year, I was giving the opportunity to play Rash and he was fun to play as, so glad he's coming back in season 3. I had fun playing Aria for awhile now, looking to get into Arbiter so this should be good.

I'm gonna go with a 8/10.

If it scores higher than Street Fighter V, I see a lot of bovine meltdowns!

As someone who still play SFV, it wouldn't surprise me if KI scores higher then SFV since the content is indeed lacking, if season 3 does come out top with no problems, then yeah, a 8 would tip the scale on SFV badly since SW loves talking about SFV. Ether way, I'm totally hype for season 3.

This game is gonna get a lot more players on the 29th.

Why anyone with a PC would get an X1 is beyond me. Well....Halo 5 I guess, but that's all in due time.

We get those Steam account update threads all the time....with how many of those there are I'm willing to bet a whole lot of gamers, Console, PC, or whatever, have a PC that can run this game.

Sure there are those that don't game on PC.....but then again maybe that's why the sales of the X1 suck.

Sales don't matter, games matter! Xbox One has games, even though they're shared with Windows 10.

Looking forward to playing some PC players on KI seeing how SF is a disaster right now.

It's not Jago only. He was the first playable character in the vanilla version, but the thing is they constantly swap characters every now and then. So it is one character at a time, not just Jago forever.

Plus I guess Jago is a versatile character and it's good to get a grasp of the game's mechanics practicising with him.

For me, I don't game on PC that much, and I game more on consoles then my PC. It's all about preference Mr. Huggle.

Maybe in the future, man. No one is good at fighting games straight away! Like most things, it takes time, effort and a willingness for self development. I been playing fighting games over the passed 23 years, even I still got to learn the ropes before I go deep into the heart of the game.

Yet you cared to respond, if you want the game then brilliant and good on you, the game is wonderful.

Meanwhile I don't want to shell out £62 for the rest of the game when other things interest me more.

I like how in recommended hardware it has an I5 4690k, a chip faster than basically anything on the amd side.. And for the AMD side it recommends a lower end amd chip of it's most recent gen..

Great information about this expansion but DLCs and expansions get hype threads now? Did Season 2 even get a hype thread as well? I mean sure Season 2 beats the crap out of SFV via MC already but many users here didn't even want to count Season 2 since it's just an expansion DLC. But I'm glad more people are now finally recognizing how great of a fighting game the current Killer Instinct really is and are hyped for it.

I don't think PS4 and Xbone have any 10/10 exclusives either.

WiiU has and I own one,m so consoles are better than PC this gen.,..awwww yerahhhhhh
