Killzone 2 DOING GOOD Sales Platinum

Killzone 2 selling over 1 million is great seeing as how the the first game was quite poor. However, I cant help but feel confused about the numbers. We know the game has sold over 600k in NA alone. Now, we were also told it had around 1 million pre orders in the EU. Wouldn't that make sales closer to 1.6 million.

I find it hard to believe that KZ2 only sold 400k in Europe. It would be nice to find out how much it has sold over 1 million. From what I've heard I expect sales to be close to 1.5 million. Some clarity would be nice.

I think the sales are good enough.

It obviously cant be compared to the Halo series.Halo is an old and very successfull franchise.And how many good Killzone games have been there ? This is the very first one....

The sales are pretty good enough for a mediocre shooter franchise.

the only way KZ2 was going to meet it's hype was if it sold 4 million copes in it's first day. don't blame the game for people hyping it to a rediculous level that no game can meet

no WAYZ, besides as my orginal prediction i stated that kz2 will be around 3 million by mid summer, i never thought it would sell like crazy, but at (i kno its really credible) vgchartz its at almost 1.4 million which seems about right, i dont think it will have any problem hitting the 2 million mark in a month... hell look at LBP when that first came out it didnt sell a WHOLE lot but now its a 2 million + and thats really good for a new franchise

lol, you're clearly talking something you don't know. come on, Sony said Killzone 2 had sold more than 1M yesterday, which most likely means passed. Would the have passed it earlier, sont would have reported to us.

Let alone Halo 2. When Halo 2 launched, one store in the U.S. sold 8,500 copies of the game in 11 minutes! And another store had sold 200,000 copies by daybreak! And there were 7000 stores at midnight for that game. I would believe that Halo 2 sold more in 12 hours than Killzone 2 has done to date, to be honest. And Killzone 2 Hype >>>>>>>>>> Halo 2 Hype.

1 million copies sold is good, but I don't think Killzone2 will ever overtake Halo3 : /Ultima-MGS4
