Killzone 2 fans should be thankful for Halo

We often hear about PlayStation 3's blockbuster Killzone 2. How it looks the best on consoles, how freaking cool and great it is, and how it's much better than the overrated Halo.

But I think that you should at least show some respect for Halo, as it may be your exceedingly hot first-person shooter's biological father.

Because Halo was liberated when shooters were generally merely popular on the PC, and no one wanted to develop them for consoles. But as we all are aware now - everybody develops shooters for consoles, and almost no one cares about the PC.

I think that Halo was the key in the development of Killzone 2, and for that reason, quit bashing it so much! It's getting annoying. :evil:

thats because of piracy not because of quality. PC FPS will always trump console FPS unless that console FPS is truly stellar like Perfect Dark.

Console owners shoudl be thankful for Halo. It revolutionzed FPSs on consoles. It was the game that proved that FPSs can be successful on consoles. It modernized and standardized a control scheme. It brought co-op play to the 6th generation. It did so many things that last gen and this gen benifited from.

All gamers should appreciate what Halo did for the industry (except for the elitiest who are still living in the 8 and 16 bit eras)
