Killzone 2 is by far the greatest first person shooter Of this gen

I've never played anything like it the physics are so freaking awesome, if you shoot somebody in its head they do fall back on their HEADS unlike other fps out there the weapons are more or less WW2 inspired but futuristic and they feel completely different the aiming system is insane its so hard to aim at anything,it feels realistic, Oh God and the helghan those guys are the best enemies i've fought against in a video game since the protoss I dont know if they're glowing red eyes are for satirical purposes though you can spot them a mile away :lol:

It's cool but i think Resistance 2 is better.

ive bought killzone 2 two days ago.... i still wont comment on how great it is, but ive played many good shooters and i dont think killzone will surprise me(maybe im wrong)

I say it's good, but not the best. There are a lot of good FPS games this gen.

I think the best thing to do is to pull the POV a teensy bit back so you have a larger FOV

I think KZ2 is one of many high quality shooters this generation. This may sound rather "broken record" of me, but it really comes down to personal preference. I put most of my FPS hours into KZ2, but for me, The Orange Box takes the cake (not a fib, for those who figuratively challenge my pun lol).

IMHO that honor belongs to FEAR (PC) and Resistance.

im more of a PC guy and i got to sit down with killzone 2 at a friends house for a few hours and I was quite impressed, probably the best FPS (on consoles) that i playedredbaron3

Orange Box is not a shooter. It is a collection of games. If I tape KZ2 and gears of War 2 together and call it the Fiscope Box I cant use it in an argument!

The graphics, gameplay (especially the unlockable badges in multi) and the hit response physics system are all great! Its been awhile since I enjoyed a FPS this much!!

killzone 2 is a awesome game and i have finished the campaign 3 times it looks very real butI still think half-lifeseries is a better fps and for resistance 2 it was a disaster for me the prequel was so much better
