Killzone 2 should be SCRAPPED. No matter how you look at it.=FAILURE

Sony's so called BIG GUN to counter Halo. Either has to get a 9.5 or 10.0 to be considered even in the same class as Halo now.

So no matter it will be deemed a failure if it does not at best match Halo's score.

Why? It could still be a great game,and it could still sell really well. There's no reason to scrap it.

Considering the game scored 9.5 or higher pretty much everywhere, and I haven't seen a bad review for it yet, I'm pretty sure it's that good.

But, whatever, you've obviously completed the game and played hours upon hours of the multiplayer, so you're right.

Wrong it is being said that Halo 3 story is amazing and comes together very nice. And the PLETHORA of online options that are done EXTREMELY well. Make Halo 3 a MASTERPIECE. This is why it's 9.5

Listen to Jeff's review! He says it makes you think it's a new game in some instances.

Look I'm going to be blunt, mod me if you will. This damage controll is flat out pathetic. God forbid the console you don't like for whatever reason has games that get praised all over. Grow up, seriously.

Now as for this whole "Killzone 2 should just be canceled" thing. That's just as stupid as the crap that Dartha over there normally posts. With the success of Halo 3, that should only motivate Guerrilla Games to churn out something great.

Killzone Liberation did bring some hope into the KZ franchise. I must say tho as much as I enjoyed KZL I just don't think the KZ universe is all that interesting, especially when compared to to the Halo-verse. KZ2 perhaps could surprise everyone but Sony has to realize it'll take more then graphics to do that, they need to make KZ fun, which is something it sort of doesn't translate through all the shiney vids. Sure it looks damn good, but that can't be all their is to it.

They need to look at Halo 3 and really take notes, heck steal from them, cause its going to be difficult to match it, let alone top it, and they are starting from the bottom, not the top.

I say...drop the franchise..focus on Resistance, thats the PS3 definitive shooter.

Nobody actually thought Killzone 2 was gonna be a Halo 3 killer. I think we can all agree thatwe have to take everything Sony hypes with more than just a grain of salt. Try the whole shaker. KZ2 could still be decent but it isn't going to sell PS3s like Halo 3 will 360s.

They do it to themselves, they really do. They over-promise until they're blue in the face and then act surprised when the gamiong community voices their displeasure at the inevitable let-down. I mean heck they just DELAYED Home while breaking the news that they'll finally be getting Rumble despite dissing it earlier as "last gen". What do those guys think we are, cows? Oh wait...

What if it scores an 8.0 here and 80 - 85 %on gamerankings and it ends up selling 2-3 million copies ? Should they just scrap it because another game in the genre on another platform is a little bit better and a much better seller ?
