Killzone 2 will su*k

My reasoning:

1. The first one sucked.

2. Same dev team.

3. Same hype like the first.

If you have any other reasons why it'll suck please post them here.

Wow........ever hear that people learn from mistakes. With all the time and money put into this game I doubt it will suck. And your like everyone else on here...........knocking the first one without ever playing. The first one was not a bad game like people say. It just wasn't the greatest thing ever. whodey8584

Well i bought KZ1 yeah it sucked and i never had much hope for this game. But after have read about and watch some gameplay

i think this KZ2 has high potential.

oh come, lets end this nonsense.... you probably didnt like KZ1 (and thats ok), i personally enjoyed it though it had flaws... but which game doesnt have flaws??? all do...

also you are assuming it will flop, I have a different opinion... you cannot base your idea that a sequal to an average title will be average or mediocre...

Didnt history teach you enough that many sequels to great games didnt deliver and ended up being inferior... many PS3 haters believe that KZ2 will flop only because its a PS3 exclusive...

The investment made by Sony on KZ2 + the fact that the team behind the original KZ1 has be expanded + the delay only show that Guerilla are taking their time in perfecting the game so that the final product will be of great quality...

those who think KZ1 was mediocre is fine with me, but judge KZ2 on what its showing not on what its prequel did...

those are very lame reasons, personally i think killzone 2 will be a beautiful disaster, the gameplay looks mediocre

but let's not forget what happened to Ninja Gaiden 2.....Lems hyped that as the action game of the year based on the fact none of the other games got below AAA. How did that turn out again?

My point is you can't judge the game based on its previous installment. No doubt KZ2 has a lot to prove but based on everything I've seen and read about the game there is no reason to think this will be another KZ1.

I seriously don't know what I'm more sick of, the last 39 months of KZ2 hype threads or the last 38 months of KZ2 hate threads.

This game gets a lot of unnecessary hate from people, almost the same hate as Halo.

Is it fear I smell?

If it was the same game it would not have got AAA everytime. There were differences in every game. The fact that it could stay AAA showed just how strong a title NG2 should have been.

True but the 2nd one, KZ Liberation was good and this can potentially be the best killzone yet.

Actually since Guirrilla is a part of Sony now, half the people working on KZ2 are new and didn't work on the 1st KZ

I'm not saying the game will be best ever but for now and what I have seen at E3 I have to say its going in the right direction with both singleplayer and multiplayer
