I like the melee kills, everything else looks pretty standard for a shooter.Reminds more of COD than the Killzone 2(that could be a good or a bad thing, i wouldnt know).
at least you can aim down the sights now instead of a flashlight :P. And what's wrong with the range?

why use a sniper?
well I would want to use a sniper rifle to have the best range possible :)
the range on the shotgun wasn't that good.
i hope, i don't want to be getting killed by a shotgun from across a wide room, although it is understandable somewhat, considering the drastic change of health/bullet damage. COdzone

I think when he shot the shotgun at a further away distance and killed him in one shot, the other guy must've been already hurt. I don't want to be shot from 10 yards away either :P

Being a Kz3 beta tester, I can assure you the shotgun ain't an amazing weapon like you think it is.

Call of duty has the worst shotguns I've ever seen in a game. I'm sure there are worse But Call of duty is about the lowest quality shooter that I would even play. Call of duty 4 was great though. After that...

It doesn't have that much range on it from what we are seeing, but COD shotguns are totally useless and I rather they have some power vs none at all.
They are only useless if you expect to kill someone from something further than point blank or close, its a killer if you actually dont go out in the open.

The stakeout in BO is godlike, alright range, pump action and usually kills in one hit.

Have you ever fired a shotgun. Their effective range is 20-40 yards. Not 20-40in.
I don't know why people take the garbage COD shotguns serious. Shotguns existed in games before COD you know.
