50 gb
Killzone: Shadow Fall is an uber file - I think it's cracking on for 50GB. It looks it, too, when you see it

Its games like these that make me wonder why Sony and Microsoft decided to use 500GB HDDs in the PS4 and Xbox One. If people plan to go all digital then they'll most likely be able to only install 10 or less games with all their updates and expansions. Hell, even the current generation PS3 is selling with a 500GB HDD; you'd think they would've put in a larger HDD for next gen.
I'm probably going to upgrade my PS4s HDD to at least 1TB the moment I get it. Sad that Microsoft doesn't allow the upgrading of the internal HDD, seems like Microsoft likes everything to stay external (PSU, HDD, etc). :?
[QUOTE="Nengo_Flow"]Ok.... what are we supposed to say about it?rjdofu1. It's fvcking huge. 2. We're not ready for a digital only generation yet. Only games I DL are the games I get from PSN+, other than that I always go physical.

I get the feeling that's so MS can sell an overpriced Xbox only external HD.

My internet connection is decent, but it takes like a hour or two to download a 50 GB file maybe even more.
[QUOTE="silversix_"]you know the game doesn't have Titanfall textures with this kind of size.RR360DDHow many awards has Jokezone won? :cool:IGN, G4 and all this shit giving awards=good game and worth hyping! Neighter are anything special but at least one of the two looks good and not last gen looking ported to next gen so it fills Xbone list of games

LOL no it won awards from far more credible sources than LOLGN and G4.
Keep up the denial. I'm sure those textures will be mighty fun in KZ:SF
[QUOTE="Nengo_Flow"]Ok.... what are we supposed to say about it?rjdofu1. It's fvcking huge. 2. We're not ready for a digital only generation yet. Unless optimization gets better we'll never be ready for a digital only generation. Even if optimization does get better file sizes will still get larger, because "oh look, more space! let's fill it up."
All games are going to be hitting the maximum 50gb's, just like games on 360 this gen used up all the space all the time. Blu-ray was just too soon last gen for games.

don't just lolgn wtf is wrong with you? Its the most reliable site when it comes to xbone and xbone games winning awards all over the place as they were the best and most original ever released. Textures won't be "fun" in KZ. Textures will be something Tintanflop doesn't have, next gen.IGN, G4 and all this shit giving awards=good game and worth hyping! Guess so, you seem really interested in it.Well, you can upgrade PS4 HDD but not Xbox One.Its games like these that make me wonder why Sony and Microsoft decided to use 500GB HDDs in the PS4 and Xbox One. Also, if Sony added 1TB for PS4, then PS4 would cost same much as Xbox One.
Also, most people do not keep all games on hard drive all the time, they sell and trade.
Also, it can be 50GB on Blu-Ray but this does not mean it will install 50GB, it just install some extra textures and kinda stuff and total is like 4-6GB.

There's this thing called "Google" to help you with that.
And Killzone 2 was competitive MP of the year on GameSpot (since you always seem to think only GameSpot matters).
Has this been confirmed yet? Surely that'll be the on disc size, i'd have thought they'd do some streamlining for the digital version?hoosier7A few games this gen from Sony had huge download sizes, if i'm not mistaken Uncharted 2 was 18GB and Killzone 3 was 25GB or something along those lines(for the download version).

That's 10 games at 50. And we all know most games won't be 50,. so those drives could hold around 15-20 games. Its games like these that make me wonder why Sony and Microsoft decided to use 500GB HDDs in the PS4 and Xbox One.
