Killzone Shadow Fall KILLZOWNED Crysis 3 PC to bits.

This is on a different level, the sheer amount of geometry, particles, effects and scale on screen is just insane. Crysis 3 on PC while looks good, is short lived for the graphics king title. A new graphics benchmark is here, a true next gen title that is Killzone Shadow Fall. But wait, this is only the pre alpha version of a launch title, imagine what Killzone 4 would look like, be a fraid hermit, be very afraid.

The amount of things happening at once on screen is what gives it the edge for me, then again GG have always been really good at that.

It looks incredible, and it's full of small details! Not sure it of 'killzoned' Crysis 3 pc or not, though, but it doesn't matter.

Lol, bullshots, those pics are at a lower res than native and the game never looked that clean either.

We will judge it on scale, physics, texture resolution of the entire game (no cherry picking), poly count, lighting, partcile effects casting lights and shadow, simulated grass or foilage, if KZ didn't have then we'll factor the procedural destruction if they have, KZ has to be 1080p and 60 fps too. Deal?

Imo Watch Dogs looks better anyway, since it's open world & all, i also doubt the final version of KZSF will look that good, i still have some doubts about if it's actually real time

Oh god. It comes the time when new consoles are released and everyone starts bragging about these "graphical wonders" like Gears of War and Uncharted were. Meanwhile you guys forget that next-gen consoles still aren't as strong as current gen PC's. My PC IS a next gen console, and this game does not look better than Crysis 3 PC. While impressive, it does not best it and it comes no where close to modded Crysis 1.

I also like how you mention scale TC when going by that video you only fight in small sections and not interact or explore that huge environment, can't you wait until we see more videos if it allows for bigger explorable environments to interact with?

Judging from the suspicious "Live demo" Crysis 3 still looks better. It has better textures, better vegetation and physics, penumbra shadows, better lighting and character models, tessellation, particle effects, animations, PADM.

But if it really ends up looking like this, especially like the higher than 1080P shots, my hats off to Guerrilla Games.

Actually the PC version of Crysis 3 is build 100% for DX11, and doesn't even run with older DX APIs. Meaning it's not a console game with added PC effects. The PC version was built as an entirely different game from the ground up, with an engine so heavily upgraded it can't even really be called the same engine used the console versions. 

Also, these killzone shots are pretty obvious bullshots, and still don't actually look better than Crysis 3 maxed out. Definitely good looking, though.
