Kirby's Dream Collection coming to Wii, list of games announced

First, Nintendo released a Mario anthology on SNES/Wii with Super Mario All-Stars, then released a bundle-only Zelda: Collector's Edition containing four games, two each from NES and N64, then they release Metroid Prime Trilogy for Wii with the two GameCube games and a censored version of the third game.

Now, Kirby is getting an anthology in celebration of the series 20th anniversary, Kirby Dream Collection for Wii.

The games include:

• Kirby's Dream Land (Gameboy)
• Kirby's Adventure (Famicom/NES)
• Kirby's Dream Land 2 (Gameboy)
• Kirby Super Star (Super Famicom/SNES)
• Kirby's Dream Land 3 (Super Famicom/SNES)
• Kirby 64 (Nintendo 64)

My opinion: I kind of wanted to see some of the spinoffs like Dream Course and Tilt n Tumble. But seeing all the retro platformers from GameBoy, NES, SNES, and N64 (GC did not get a platformer) is a NICE package. :D Better than Nintendo copy/pasting Mario All-Stars from SNES to Wii disc.

Thoughts?

best kirby game imo was kirby wii. its one of the most fun ive had in platformers this gen.

Not a big fan of Kirby, but looks pretty damn good for those people who are interested, or platformer fans in general.

I was a big fan of Kirby 64 back in the day, lots of laughs to be had in MP.

Nightmare In Dreamland remains king however, that's one Kirby game I still enjoy.

It kinda feels like a mix between a Dreamland game and KSS.

I found it to be very good and enjoyable.

I might have to get this.

I have Dreamland 1 (VC 3DS) and Adventure (VC Wii) but I don't have the others and I used to love Kirby 64.

Nice to see some appreciation for Kirby Wii in this topic. Great game.

Also, this collection is great. I've never actually played the Dream Land games, so I'm interested in checking those out. I've played through Kirby 64 and Super Star a few times, but those games never get old.

imho it is waaaaaay better than kirby 64. i am taking abiout kirby return to dreamland on wii and not kirby epic yarm. i found kirby epic yarn too casual for me but the kirby return to dream land and wii was amazing. the controls where smooth, the graphics look outstanding and the games is pure fun. kirby 64 was great but the wii version was more fun i recommend it if u like platformers.

Well then that means you've never played Kirby 64, you should play it.

Honestly Kirby 64 aged badly, but otherwise that seems to be a okay list.

I might get this since I've only played Kirby 64.

I love the actual character, but Kirby games don't do too much for me. That being said, I might still pick up the msot recent Wii Kirby if it gets cheap.

Pretty cool, I've only played tilt n tumble (?) and man did that game blow my mind at the time and I only own Air Ride, which is fantastic, City Trial> every mode. I do want to catch up on Kirby, the games look solid. I am familiar with the final boss music in Kirby 64, and that alone makes me want to play it.
