Kojima will have a Death Stranding 2 stage at TGS!

Are you hyped for Death Stranding 2, SW? I think it will be one of the biggest games of 2025. The original had a good foundation and the sequel has the opportunity to improve on it in every way.

Played all the MGS games (and the two MSX games). Couldn't make it through the walking simulator.

Edit: Oh, Epic Games Launcher is verifying the install. Didn't know I still have it installed. (Internet's slow here.) Will give it another shot then. Not much confidence, though.

I'm not hyped but intrigued what Kojima will do next for Death Stranding 2 and I did like the first game. It was an unique gameplay, just different from everything else. Whatever he bring to Death Stranding 2, I know Kojima won't disappoint despite his games are a hit or a miss.

Loved the first! I had to take a small break from it around chapter 3, but after that I was all over it.

I will definetely be following 2.

Yeah I’m very hyped for Death Stranding 2. Had a great time playing the first game. The stuff seen on DS2 so far looks really crazy. Am very curious as to how the story carries on from the first game.

I wanna be more hyped. I loved the gameplay and most of the designs in DS1, but damn, that story was a mess with too much silly/cringy crap in between. I really tried liking it but had to stop playing. This new one is looking really good, but I am a little worried. I'll see how it plays out

I would be more excited if they kept Kojima away from writing. I still enjoyed the original, more than any MG game, but his writing... holy shit.

Haven't been able to talk myself into parting with 20 bucks for the first game. I can't help but to feel like it's one of those games that takes advantage of your time.

Well, I guess since we're painting in broad strokes, yeah pew pew sounds way more fun than just pressing up to walk.....

I say give platinum games a shot at it! They have the best metal gear game as well.

system wars is going to be quiet from xbox fans when death stranded 2 on ps5 pro comes out. decima engine for open world games is goat. wish sony gave it to other developers to use. I can see xbox4life or saint george freak out and try to troll it lol.

Loved MGS but just looking at DS i couldnt even get myself to click the purchase button. Definitely not hype. Wish he just use his resource creating new IP.

I thoroughly enjoyed the lore of DS1. I played over 150 hours of that game. It's definitely a game for Kojima fans (buy his book and you'll understand why he laid out the story like that).

Game mechanics could definitely improve! I felt like the combat was too easy and simple. Maybe that's just me. I figure out ways to cheese the hell out of the game.

Not really my kind of game. But I'm looking forward to Kojima's other stealth and horror projects. Still waiting for a successor to MGS and PT.

I still need to play the first one.. I like the protagonist, but the game just looks so damn weird.. lol. I'll get around to it one of these days. I seriously doubt it could be worse than I fear, so hopefully I'll be pleasantly surprised. On that note, as of the time of writing this, I have no interest in the game.
