According to Konami's official website, MGS4 is still going to be released this year! If this is true, the playstation 3 will have another amazing title this Winter!!

Kojima said 2008 but why would Konami have it listed for winter 2007? Did they change the date when Kojima announced that MGS4 was delayed?

MGS4 is releasing Early 2008 and that is the end of this discussionR-Dot-Yung

well I'm guessing early 08 can be considered part of winter of 07 because they are in same season, since winter is December, January, and Febuary.

Thus even if the game comes out like late January, it is still can be considered WINTER of 07

I don't think that Fiscal Year 2007 is pretty much over for most companies. Normally the Fiscal Year for the next year starts in the current year.

That is good news, I'll rent it, but never been a fan of MGS, it story confussed me. But is still a great game.

Sony's Fiscal year ends March 31st, since that is before June 31, usually companies go with the new year. Therefore Sony's fiscal year 2007 ends March 31st, 2008.
