I don't consider the GoW franchise to be as influential as Mario, Pong, Space Invaders, Pac Man, Halo, Call of Duty, Grand Theft Auto, Final Fantasy, Doom to name a few.

No, he don't deserve it yet, he has 4 good games, but by no means he have leave an impact like Mario or Lara Croft, for all we know, tomorrow the next greek, nordic, egyptian murder God can appear and Kratos would be forgotten, IMO, he still need to endure a little more time.

Maybe. He has the badassery to be on there, but I don't think he's an easily identifiable character of the masses. These characters could include, but are not limited to: Mario, Sonic, maybe Master Chief, Solid Snake, maybe Marcus Fenix, Link, Donkey Kong, Pac-Man, etc.

I think Jak and Daxter deserve it more since Jak 1 - 3 was amazing, it was my favourite VG series on the PS2. Also, both are great characters with a bunch of personality. However, I think the Uncharted series looks like it'll be Naughty Dogs main series for a while now since they said there will be many more adventures to come, I can see the Uncharted series continuing onto the next PS console. That's why I think if there was a Walk of Game, Drake would be on it representing Naughty Dog rather than anyone else.

If you are going to base those who go on the Walk of game, not only on fame but on the character themselves then Kratos has just as much of a right to be on the list than Mario, Link or any other character. Not to mention that you don't base the character of someone on just emotion, also through the opposition and relationship the character has with other people. He's one freakin emotion. Anger. I think its more about the fame of the character. Is Kratos very famous, even if its due to his game qualities over his character? Its not like Mario has much of a character.

When did I say thay have to be good guys? A hero or a villain can end up on the Walk of Game. I just do not agree with Kratos' actions enough to say he deserves it, even though I like GOW.
Ehhh, maybe. I can certainly think of some more iconic characters and honestly, God of War didn't really have a major impact on game. Devil May Cry was more of the defining game in genre. :P

kratos is an interesting characters since basically you are now playing a villain. I dont think its a bad thing, in a way it is an interesting twist tbh. also first time hearing of this hall of game
Correct me if I'm wrong, but aren't there just four characters on the Walk of Game? That means that the character has to be extremely special to get in.
If Kratos is Walk of Game worthy, so are a whole bunch of other characters that don't really deserve it.
My point is: Kratos didn't even have close to the impact that Sonic, Mario, Link and Solid Snake have had. Two of those characters (Mario, Sonic) made their respective companies household names and the other two of them (Solid Snake, Link) are associated with franchises that far eclipse the God of War series as far as influence is concerned.
I think so. People will say that he complains too much or that he's too angry but the bottom line is this: He's iconic. People look at that character and can usually conjure up what series he is from. For that reason I think so, sure.
