KZ2 such a dissapointment

i bought it like yesterday( i know its kind of late, but o wel) and all i have to say about it is that it has GREAT graphics, better than R2, but its colors need more variety. i is mostly dark brown or black or orange(the sky) and thehelghastsoldiers eyes are red. the online has hardly anyone online, i canhardlyfind a match. the single player is OK, but wat ppl were talking about it being a halo killer, i say no. maybe its bcause iam loyal to ms, but i just dont think it is that great.it wont win goty, that goes to mw2 orL4D2

Be careful of what the delusional cows say here on the forums. I find most of the stuff they hype up to be crap or average at best.

Same here. And there are tons of matches everyday do you live in Japan or something? Because then you may have to change the region for the servers.

Sucks for you, I think the game is awesome.

Gameplay, sound, graphics: all top notch.

A good game always gets its hate. Also too much lying in here. There a lot of players. Thing is u have to play in other ranks and as you rank up.......you know what screw it, figure it out yourself. Your loss anyways.

I think the online is some of the best this gen, but the sp was very dissappointing imo

Of ALL the games Cows like to brag about the one that seems the most generic and unappealing is Killzone 2. Of course I havent played it so I cant say anything.

Well, I suppose GG just assumed most people playing KZ2 played the original KZ.

The Helghast invaded Vekta (humans planet) in the original KZ, so Vektans made their way to Helghan to stop Visari.

Anyway, KZ2 is not as bad as most people like to pretend. Yeah the story is not that great but is pretty decent for a FPS... my only gripe is that the Helghast seems like a much cooler faction. I wish I could play as the Helghast in KZ3 but I highly doubt it. :(

Really? Maybe its just me but I liked the Gears of War crew a lot. Especially Dom and of course the insanely stereotypical Cole Raven.

As for Killzone 2 I am so tired of FPS's. The game that really makes me want a PS3 is Little Big Planet.

They almost had it. They game was almost what everyone wanted/thought it was going to be but it just fell short in almost every area, especially graphics. For some reason Im not sure if anyones noticed this but KZ2 looks better in pictures than it does in motion. For some reason when everything starts moving it gets all blurred and just bleh, doesn't look as good as the screenshots showed. Also the multiplayer was a good idea to have like streaming matches ect. But the online structure was just so terrible. It should have had match making, because the games are SOOO long sometimes, that its hard to ever find one thats just starting. And the maps were no good, like there was no thought put into them. And it was just full of constantly exploding grenades and people who just constantly used a shotgun

Thats your opinion dude,but I guess whoever doesint see it your way must be a cow. Anywho on topic KZ2 is my personal favorite FPS this gen. Yea the characters suck but most shooters fall in this trap like COD4 and Gears. It doesint stop them from being fun though.

Killzone is kind of like Starship Troopers in the regard that you are actually the bad guys.

Sadly the ingame story never really elaborates on that fact.

KZ2 has a great MP. Dynamic objectives ftw!!

It's a pretty decent game. Much better than the first, so it's not a disappointment in that regard. I just didn't feel satisfied after completing the single player and playing online. It just felt like an average shooter to me.

Bro what are you talking about, there are usually like 12 or 13 matches with 25+ players in warzone, get your facts straight, it's very easy to get into matches.

The online, although rather unbalanced at times, is competent enough to warrant playtime.

Graphics-wise i'm not impressed at all, and as for the campaign, not giving thought to play it.
