Well if your a developer living in australia then you will surely be rich, but if your a gamer then you will always get worse end of a stick. im referring to (la noir) im kinda disgusted in how every person who wants a certain something only gets it based on larger demographic. im referring to america. Since la noir is a aussie game no dlc support is issued or even collectors edition unless you live in "states" now thats utterly dumb. the only way to get extensive content is to patiently wait til ps3 or xbox notifcation is authorised thats dumb. The only way to actually get a better deal is to buy copy from http://www.play-asia.com/L_Noire/paOS-13-71-dw-49-en-70-44hy.html But while you have to wait an additional wait for a copy that is gamestop copies sold from playasia to be shipped from asia to australia you realise how dumb this must be. while playasia is selling dlc with a copy at a insane price, you gotta wonder did team bondi really give a ____ about the aussie gamers?
Quit whining. NZ'ers have it much worse :P But yeah, im getting tired of how the states is apparently the only market for these kind of things. Iantheone
Hey guys, lay off, have you seen how much worse our box arts are compared to the rest of the world? :P
[QUOTE="Iantheone"]Quit whining. NZ'ers have it much worse :P But yeah, im getting tired of how the states is apparently the only market for these kind of things. Asia may be in a weird market compared to usa, europe, so we don't have big gaming venues like in the states, or publisher support. but it just pains me a game that's been in developement since 2007 get's washed down. i hope team bondi are happy with their sales.
It's Australia. The Country is an extremely small portion of the wider games market, and considering Rockstar own the IP (I'm quite sure) and publishing rights it's no wonder they're flaunting it overseas. Hell I've seen a few huge posters in a couple of Tube stations here in London. But alas that's Australia.
