L.A. Noire Confirmed for Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3

Questions of exclusivity resolved ahead of upcoming reveal.

L.A. Noire was originally announced as a PlayStation 3 exclusive, but after four years, nothing can really be taken for granted. Hence, it comes as no surprise that the upcoming Rockstar title will be multi-platform.

The confirmation comes on the heels of word that L.A. Noire will feature on the cover of the March issue of Game Informer. GI staff member Matthew Kato addressed questions of exclusivity on the second page of the comments.

"It's not a PS3-exclusive. It was at one point, but it's coming out for the PS3 and 360," Kato wrote.

We've been hearing the same thing, so it looks like this is real. Should L.A. Noire make it out, it's going to be multi-platform.

The only question is -- when is it coming out?

Giving a heads up, but this is already on the first page. "Already known", and HAH, "ownage" is what you can expect. As usual.

I thought it was multiplat for awhile. That or it was always up in the air. Agent is the supposed exclusive. :|

I think you're thinking about Agent.

This game has scarcely been mentioned at all in the past 3 years.

I hope we get to know more about this game very soon. I enjoy the noir style a lot.

Could have sworn this went multiplat a while ago.

I guess that we can say goodbye to Agent and Outback.
