That game looks absolutly fantastic. They seem to be doing everything right.

It's Rockstar Games. Why is everyone suprised by the level of awesomeness? Everytime they put something out it's GOTY worthy.

You know, this is the sort of game I have been wanting for a very long time. I would be quiet upset if it doesn't live up to the expectations but as it stands the developers are truly doing everything right.

PC version will be better, Rockstar will have to dumb it down for consoles

The narrator's voice reminds me of how disapponting Red Dead Redemption was :(

Agreed, it kinda irks me when gamers here never mention Team Bondi as developers as if they have nothing to do with the game. I know it's their first title but they should get some of the praise, at least along side Rockstar when giving admiration to the game.

I'm not denying R* have nothing to do with the product and how it will turn out. LA noires vision probably could not have been achieved without the partnership between the two. I was just pointing out that a lot of people on here think that this game is all R*, and rightfully so, as this would have probably not have sold well without the help or name (R*) all over any media released. as long as it's not as boring as RDR and GTA4, i'm in/

but i'm totally cautious about this. what i don't like about Rockstar is that they open these game booths in PAX and E3 only for the media to come in and have a look. the next day all media game sites say the game is fantastic.

did you even read my post? some players loved it, but there is also a significant amount of players that hated it.

RDR was too boring for me. acres of land with nothing on it. only plants and animals and that was it. you don't have anything else to do.

can't even do some simple platforming.

what's the point of waiting 15 mins for a cougar to get that $12 cougar pelt when i can just hunt for $2 wolf pelts in less than 2 mins.? it's not like the cougar pelt can give me anything besides money.

that's the thing. game design was totally poor. if i were the dev, i would put an incentive like trading 12 cougar pelts + 20 bear skins for a better horse or something.

or unlocks that will help the gameplay itself. what's the use of wearing a Walton Gang Outfit? just so that when you sneak in the Walton gang hideout they won't shoot you? you have to shoot them nonetheless. and if you did, they'd shoot at you even if you're in the Outfit. so you'd go all the trouble to get a Walton Gang Outfit, just so you can get one kill easily?

there's more, but it gets kinda mean. :P

so they are using the ps3 version for the trailers, i guess this means the ps3 version is the definitive version.

Well, it's more of an annoying sound than actually 'loud' when it's stupid fan starts working. Still noticeably louder than my computer.

~maybe equal to the noise level of near 40% fan speed on my hd5850. (which never happens, unless I put it up manually)

They oversaw development. I'm sure they had some say in how the game turned out.
