It keeps winning every single game of the year from review critic websites

and it was just polled and beat every single game on ign's voting list

ppl voted they all agree its the best cuz it had the most votes

are ppl ready to accept it yet?

are some lemmings saying no i will never accept that an i won't play cuz i can't even play it on my 360/xbox one its physically impossible for them to even play it so why wouldn't they hate a game they can't ever play right?

as that basically whats going on everyone whos played it voted for it are we done here or what?

I love it, but I couldn't give a shit what anyone else thought because I personally enjoyed it and I need some arbitrary award or the approval of random internet strangers in order to feel good about it.

Framerate was too low, and the controls were clunky. As for other AAA's this year, I probably only finished Infinite, and I wouldn't really rank that with much regard.

To be fair, it was a very nice looking game... I'd just rather see a little less pretty and feel a little more smooth.

Sure, i'll accept TLOU, ALBW, Gone Home, uhmmmmm what ever other game get's it. It's not my choice :P

what's to accept? i watched a playthrough of it on youtube and still enjoyed the **** out of it. the game is well done. i myself felt GTA 5 was the all around winner last year. but Last of Us legit. the AI needed some work from what i saw though...its story, graphics, and gameplay were solid though. its a toss up between it and GTA 5 honestly...either way it goes it shouldnt be an issue.

Nope, i loved it (or rather half of it). The first half was so boring but then it opened up and became what I was hoping for. I'd love it if they made a sequel that was fully open world but with direction still.

Couldn't care less. GOTY awards don't affect my enjoyment of the game

Best part about all this stupid GOTY arguing is that out of like 10 nominations I enjoyed and play like 7 of them

@Pikminmaniac: Probably because Pikmin 3 is just an average game. You need better taste, maybe in a few years you will grow out of Wii U games. Hopefully.

Somehow what's been lost in all this: It's been a pretty good fucking year, even though only 3 of the games were hyped to the moon.
